Affinity Management Services is approved by the Isle of Man Marine Administration as a Representative Person and is an Associate Member of the Isle of Man Shipping Association and the British Marine Federation.

Yacht Registration

The Isle of Man has become a centre of excellence for the registration and management of Superyachts.

Yachts have been registered on the Island for many years however, following the re-introduction of the Commercial Yacht Register in February 2003. The Marine Administration has seen a renewed interest from owners looking to register in the Island. The Isle of Man is regarded as a highly reputable jurisdiction and registration permits the yacht to sail the British Red Ensign. The registration process is quick and efficient and the Marine Administration are always available to assist and answer questions if require.

If an alternative jurisdiction is required for yacht registration to meet the clients' requirements, we can arrange for registration in alternative jurisdictions, whilst still offering the benefits of ownership through an Isle of Man structure. We can process the registration of the yacht in a number of jurisdictions and can arrange for services such as classification survey and the marking of the vessel.
